Once occupied by the Romans, Volubilis has been recognized by UNESCO as a world heritage site. Moulay Idriss is nestled in a fold of the Rif Mountains. Often referred to as the Versailles of Morocco, Meknes is located between the fertile plain of Rharb and the Middle Atlas. Meknes rose to imperial status when Moulay Ismail began a building program to bring prestige to Meknes.

This walking tour will take you through the souks (markets), the tanneries and handcraft cooperatives, Moulay Idriss II sanctuary, the University of Al Karaouine that is considered as the oldest academic place in Morocco.

Merzouga 3 days / 2 nights trip
Starts the journey by crossing the Middle Atlas with authentic villages: Ifrane called as “Switzerland of Morocco” and Mouzar, then Midelt and its lunar landscape and breathtaking nature to explore., Errachidia and in 2 other villages until you arrive in Merzouga. Sleep in a nomad tent under the stars, take a camel ride on the sunset and the sunrise and visit the gorge of Todra and the valley of Roses before continuing to Marrakech through the chain of the High Atlas.
